some says warm milk will do.. but hell i have this lactose intolerance so that means i cant also sleep well..
some says green tea..hahaa are they joking?? all tea have higher caffeine than coffee..
some says music will do the sound of nature like the one you can hear at spa..hahhaa my boardmates will surely get mad with me esp if they get bothered with that crappy sounds.
some says sleeping pills ahahaha have you heard the story of heath ledger of broke back mountain?he died recently because of 2 sleeping pills. i won't take a risk on that hahaha..
but one said...and this one is the best advice that i've got.. the answer on that troubling sleep is S-E-X hahhaha... is this true?? if this one is really effective then i will really do this everytime im experiencing insomniac hahah....

Daddy
I read an article about this famous celebrity here in Philippines and I can really relate with her. I know the feeling of having this life with lots of missing pieces.
I grew up with my mom (well all this years I've been with her.) She tried to complete me as much as she can (I really appreciate her for that); I know the difficulties of raising a child with single body but doing the dad's task in replace of my dad's presence. I really wanna give her a plaque for that though knowing that a single plaque isn't enough to show how I appreciate her.
Even though I keep on telling myself that It's a trend now of having an MIA (missing in action lol) daddy I can't still get through with this heartache. I've been far from my dad since I was five, now that I am 23 I still haven't touch even the single strand of his hair. It hurts me a lot especially if I can see those kids carried by their dad during Sundays after mass eating at Jollibee. We use to do that when I was still a kid. That's why I can feel the pang on my heart when I can see such event.
Sometimes I can tell myself that life is so unfair, because why those other kids have daddy why they can be with their daddy? Why can't I? What's with me? What have I done wrong in this world, why they can't give my daddy back to me? Why can't I have even a minute of hug with him? "FATE , tell me what to do in order for me to have my dad back to me?" Why can he be with his other kids? Why can't he spend a little moment with me? Why can he stroll around with his other kids? Why can he be with them during their hospital days? Why can't he be there with me during my critical days? My days where i have to face the truth about my cyst? Why??
Tears are falling down as I put all these words here. i just miss my dad, I just terribly miss him. How I wish that I can earn extra money or win millions so that I can go to my daddy's place and spend even a day with my dad. I love my daddy!!

Ironic (Life is not as Easy as ABC)
Familiar? Yah it's from Alanis's song? yah i got the idea of writing this one from her song......
Funny it is but this is true..
You are so wide awake during your TV session,
But you have this EYES WIDE SHUT during Mass..(tsk tsk tsk)
It is so lovable to read the whole novel of Devil Wears Prada
But it's so hard to read even a single verse in the Bible (how could it be)
It is easy to dance whole night and have the booze time from night till morning
but it's so hard to stay on your office's chair, to sit and to work (in which you're not consuming any alcohol or you aren't get tired of dancing; but still you get tired)
It is easy to read pocketbooks whole night
But if your mom tells you to study your lesson you're always looking for great alibis.
It is easy to chat with those filthy people around the globe for how many hours
but it's so hard to finish a 2 minute task on your PC
It's so easy to gain weight in just a day
but it's hard to loose 1 lb in 3 weeks
It's easy to spend 5000 in a minute
But you have to work for 90 hours for in order to get it. (hard come easy go)
Students are always at their cloud 9 during holidays
But if they are told to stop their schooling huh expect war will occur.
Well this is life.. what we want it's hard to have but what we don't want it's on our path.

Through the Odds
I am so touched on the story of this girl named Natalie:
She is about to tie up this coming March to his 5 year relationship with Earl. Their relationship is almost perfect that they decided to have their bows. But it just so happened that "life is so short" is a real line for her. She just found out that her breathing is so limited. She found out that she has this cancer which is in terminal stage. (ohhhhhhh so painful) She doesn't know how to confide it to her fiance. She's in need of advice and moral support. At this point she is need of courage to face this odd!
I can really relate with Natalie, because at one point of my life I experienced that one. Still I'm on my medication process wherein I'm still battling with this. Painful indeed but people can't see the pain inside of me. I'm hiding all these pain inside of me. I don't want others to get affected with this. I love everything around me that's why I don't wanna hurt them. Not even single of them.
But still you can battle all the odds and have faith, be good, smile, and be happy. At this point those are the most important thing that you can have and you will have. Just cheer up. You're not alone.

hmm Red day!!! Bring out all red clothes shirts shoes bags or everything that has red! It's almost here. The Valentine's day! weeehhh every couples are waiting for that moment. That's a great momentum for every couple. Most of the restaurants are fully booked, so what are the option place where you can spend your Valentine's day more memorable aside from fully booked restos bars resorts hotels, inn and most of all the taxi-room motels (lol). that's true by the way.
Better choose to stay at home cook your own specialty and have a candle-lit dinner. ( if ever you have roomates hmm better shooed them out for a while..) Hmmm if you can't cook then you better opt for pizza there are lots of free delivery pizza out there.. Im sure your guy will love it.
Watch a jafeyk DVD will do. haahah but be sure that what you have bought are of good quality.
Roses from Holland Tulips' are better but if you're runnin' out of budget you can buy nice rose out there nearby the church it's nice too.. just wrap it nicely ...
If you're working that day hmm chat, text or unlimited call will do.But if you can sneak for one hour then do it... hahahhah or simply have a post Valentine celebration..That one is better than sneaking out..

Confessions of Great Friends
I got this story from two person who posses very beautiful face, including the wit, glamour talent, and good charisma with good character.. (are they perfect?? hmmmm they almost are!)
These two are so pretty (hmm it's already mentioned above!!!) (ok ok ok let's proceed). Aside from having those great personality; they also have great friendship. (yah that's true) They share almost everything what they have.(not boys and undies ok?? lol) They share even the last peso that they have in their pocket. They also share tons of idea that they have in their mind. Sharing! it's the rule...
These two are so fun to be with (but hey, they only like to be with each other, if there's a word loner then they will create duoer hahahaa) They catch each other's flaws, weaknesses fears and... toe injury hahahahaahaha....
There are lots of adventures that these two shared. Like, having a very unusual relationship (lol), food trip during richie rich time and, food trip again during purita aunor times ahahha... (but,hey these two still look so gorgeous though); they also have this travelling mania. ( I think these two wants to explore the whole P.I) anyways, these two dashing vixen created by God are so humble. (yah they are humble).
Little did people know that they really put first their family than anything and anyone here on earth. They are so good daughters of their respective family.They will give what their moms first in lieu of their happiness! Sacrifice is the word! That's what they are, and that's what people don't know, their goodness is beyond their beauty.
Nothing in this world can really compare there friendship. Not the span of time is the measurement of their friendship, but the personality that they have and their love for each other.

Hmm well We've tried that yah, "we" , we're two who did that funny dare. We only have 300 pesos on our pocket as in 150 each. lol..
But you know what we had great things with that 300. We had our dinner at class ABC resto (see it's not fast food like jobee or Mc DO); We've been to an acoustic bar too... We ordered cocktail.hahahaha How can we have cocktail with just too limited money?? hahahaha Another thing was we also had Donuts!!!!
We are not just beautiful creatures of GoD, yet we are also blessed.. Better try to have that dare too....having so limited money and yet staying super beautiful....

Fallen Carpet
One cold summer night, a princess was riding on her bicycle. (yah a bicycle..lol) She was pedd'ling her bike really slow. (maybe she's thinking of someone.) Well indeed she was.
The moon was lightly lit that time so it wasn't a great time for her to see her prince charming. But it just so happened her dream prince charming mushroomed from nowhere. A smile occurred on her eyes when she saw him. Then her dream prince charming approached her. (What a great moment for her.) Then she was so surprised when her dream prince charming rode on her bicycle. In an instant the world turned upside down. The bicycle turned into carpet; their clothes turned into a ball gown. They are flying up into the sky when suddenly the lightly dimmed moon turned into smiling sun; the dark sky turned to bright blue one with great spectrum of rainbow. It was a great moment for her. a moment to be sealed in.
Time flew so fast, so bot of them must be on their own palace. So the dream prince left a kiss on her cheek, and say "goodbye". So the princess left on er carpet with a blush on her cheeks.
Alas, she saw her dream prince with someone whom he called his queen. So the flying carpet fell down and turn back into bicycle. Her blushing cheeks turned to have tears; her smiling eyes turned to have agony. Her fantasy turned into reality.

ten years
It was 1997 when we last saw each other. I thought that we can still bump each other in our hometown, but unfortunately it didn't happen, not even once. Our hometown is too small for us not to see each other. We have lots of common friends, our home is just a walk away; still we don't have any chance to see each other.
One sleepy night during my graveyard shift a strange text appeared on my mobile. Hmm so I read it. Surprisingly it's him! I was so happy that time. It's ten years, ten years that i missed his presence, ten years that we haven't seen each other! So i replied unto him, and we exchanged messages. I really miss him so much. Imagine we had this great company when we were still young, then it will suddenly just stopped???
Days after he texted me, we met! Not here on our hometown not even here in the city (CEBU), but we met in Manila. Imagine Manila and my hometown is 1 hour travel by air , 22 hours by water and 2 days by land. So it was so magical when we hugged back! Wow!
I just miss our company, our everyday conversation when we were still young. Our misunderstanding, really makes us laugh when we reminisce those days. Until now I want to embrace him and be by his side always, which it won't happen anymore. We cannot do things which we do during our youngster era.
He's a part of my life not because of eros love but because he's my great, true friend. I hope that one day we can still have time to be with each other.

At 9 Waves San Mateo,Rizal. San Mateo itself is a getaway of the busy streets of Metro Manila plus the nature and mountain resorts there. I went to 9 Waves (formerly known as Ciudad Christia) It is a cool place wherein its pool has waves wweeeee.. You can play there jump over the waves and just splashed on their cool pools. There are lots of ammenities on that place. They offer overnight stay and great food and so so prices hahaahhaha...I f you want to get out of the busy streets for a while then 9 Waves is for you. A very accessible getaway.

From the famous chocolate hills to it's peanut kisses, and oh the beach and the non-polluted place. There are so many reasons to splurge your stress away o that island. After your chow down days buff it up at Abellana sports complex. It's just 10 peso entrance during afternoon. They are open as early as 5 am and close at 10 pm depends on the activity inside.In Abellana sports complex you can have as many rounds as you can and also they have this afternoon program such as aero kick, hip hop dance excercise, tae bo, belly dancing and many more. The offer doesn't just end up there. They also have olympic size pool, basketball court, dance hall for dance sport, and baseball o soccer field. I think I mentioned almost 80% of it's ammenities. So if you want to be healthy and fit on its affordable range then go to....Abellana Sports complex.

Saturday night here we come!!!!! That's what I always say during Fridays hahahahaha.. I am just so excited during Saturday nights because of so many great bars here in Cebu. On this pic the 1st one is in Pump , there are 2 Club Pump here in Cebu the one is in Mango ave and the other one is in Grand Convention Banilad. The sound is so good the place is small hehehe but the sound and the crowd are good..
The next pic is in Paseo it's in Mabolo Cebu city.It's not a single bar; it's like a covered court with bazaar and bar in it. So if you wanna hit two birds at a time then go to Paseo. The sound quality there is not that good but the liqueur is so fine. Just order at Ysabelle you can have a tall pitcher of chilled Margarita for only 200 hmm so affordable and yet so delicious.
So what are you waiting for?? grab your dancing shoes and best outfit and flaunt it on SAturday nights!

Filipinos love chicken. That's a fact! Well that's true even though the news told us that fowls are contaminated with the so called virus named bird flu. Filipinos still don't care on that.

There are lots of Jo's here in Cebu from Osmena boulevard to Ramos to Lahug and a lot more. The tasty grilled chicken will surely satisfy you; not just that, because they offer "unlimited rice" weeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhh that's the best thing there! If Filipinos love chicken , then Filipinos praise rice...
So if you will go on a tour here in Cebu just chow down at Jo's Chicken.

Wake me up when September Ends!!!
This line seems so familiar right? It's from Greenday why am i promoting the song?? its not the song itself that i wanna portray its just some confusions theories hypotheses on the unsolved questions queries on the tragic SEPTEMBER 11,2001 tragedy...
there are lots of videos blogs write ups books and movies about the said tragedy. Me and my American soldier friend chatted on this topic.. I asked him if those videos coming are true, if you haven't seen it then ill explain a bit.
The videos talk about the 9/11 as a planned incident not as a terrorist attacked. Would you agree on that? It's so hard to choose on which party are you gonna believe on Bush's or the people behind these videos, write-ups books and everything...
the buildings' foundation are made-up of its finest materials especially the basement's area, the steel bars as the support and framework of the building. The engineers' questions why is it that the building collapsed and pulverized if it's a bombing thing it will bend or it will explode into pieces not into powder. (fact: in demolishing buildings in USA they are using specialized explosives to pulverized material)
the building's explosion started at the very top but if you are going to look at the airplane on which it was hi jacked it penetrated few floors before it reached the top that means the explosion started first before the hijacked plane penetrated that means it was planned. If and only if the hi jacked plane explode then the damage is not as dreadful as that. Have you seen the Glorietta bombing? The explosives came from the basement and its so strong if you have been to glorietta you can say that its not too big then why is it that it that a strong unique and stat-e-of the art bomb didn't collapse the whole building but instead it just explode and didn't pulverize the materials.
what is the main point of killing those innocent people inside the building? What was their purpose of doing that CRAP???!!!!!!! are you in favor of killing people just to fulfill your drams? Do you really wanna stoop someone just to go up higher?? then what do you think??
wake me up when September ends is a song adapted b people because of the said tragedy. They don't wanna remember the dreadful day they even think that its just a nightmare a dreadful nightmare!
It will put a mark on the history and not just that also on their longing hearts especially to those people who have relatives on that incident...

CONFUSE
Been to a situation wherein I know that it was totally wrong and still pursue it.
I am so dumb, fool person... Why?? It's because I know it's wrong and still I did it. Now I am so confuse. I don't know what to do; I don't know how to handle this if this will turn into something. I am not yet ready; I am not yet done with everything; I mean there are still so many pending situations to handle; still I do such irrational thing.
What if this one will really turn into something?? What am I going to do? I am so helpless; I dont know where to run I don't know where to go. I am in the midst of nowhere . I feel so empty now. It seems like I'm standing in the middle of a barren land wherein Im just all alone.
Where will I go?Will someone out there help me ? Will someone out there be there to guide me? I am on my critical days; so please help me . I am serious with this. Im really so helpless. please help me!

green?? or blue??
I wanna go out of our country!!! that's the tag line that we usually can hear among our fellows..(filipino) why?? Because they wanna earn green money.. they wanna have greener pastures; though they have already this high position they still wanna have that green card..and whats their work there?? apple picker, gasoline boy, waiter, janitor , and many low class job!!
some of our doctors here wanna go back to college and take up nursing!! why?> they are already doctors!!!! it's because nurses are so "in" on green!! so they want to stoop down because of that green money!!
hmmmm but others do some bad tactics in order for them to get there?? what's that tactic?? hmm being an illegal alien. hmm how would that be?? hmmm simple they will just declare that they will have a tour for how many months or weeks then thats it!! and i dont know the other tactics..hmm but of course i am stil their fellow i know what'son their mind i know why they think that way..
so what do u think the best thing on minimizing that illegal alien??
